Here's a list of choices for spring, summer, and fall 2024 in gorgeous Greece:
Pilates/Garuda based transformational movement.
Each gal gets a private session each day.
We begin the days on your time with a group movement meditation breathwork session. You decide what time... not an early riser, no problem, we start when you like! Early bird... okeedoke!
Next a hot springs soak in natural healing pools right on the sea! Just a short walk away from our hotels. Did you know that hot springs actually burn calories while you're relaxing? Not to mention the fact that they are detoxifying and rejuvenating. They also replenish your body with valuable minerals. Hot springs are a main focus of all girls getaways. You will feel the healing benefits and leave a new woman!
I offer luxury or more simple accommodation depending upon your budget. Everyone should be able to getaway! And of course each gal has her own room!
One or 2 girls shopping trips in the village. I am the translator, so I help you find your treasures, and even perhaps do some bargaining!
A trip to Athens to see the Parthenon. We just have to, and then shop for goddess souvenirs and healing crystal jewelry!
One or two hikes on the mountain to gain a bird's eye view and see what herbs are blooming!
Dinners out together when you're in the mood, and other nights to do your own thing if you'd like to explore. The tavernas have fresh, locally sourced food and are really something to experience. Most have their own garden raised meat and veggies, fresh fish, and home made wine! And yes way rose, I've found the most fantastic rose here gals.
One optional snorkeling adventure or boat trip to a nearby island to be booked ahead of time.
An herbal and dietary consultation.
