After you know what's up, group sessions can be fun!

Equipment sessions are available depending upon where in the world we are!  Currently offering in person sessions in Easton, MD, and West Palm Beach.

Pilates apparatus is wonderful, and NOT necessary to gain the benefits.  Although it's super fun and a little bit easier!
