After years of gathering many tools in my basket, I have combined several forms to share with you for gaining strength, rejuvenation, pain relief, and body balance.  Most of all, you learn to feel confident and really good in your body.  How can you enjoy life if your body feels bad?

In sessions with me you will:

Breathe!  Most people are holding their breath quite a lot of the time, which creates tension in the body.  This increases the stress hormone cortisol... which none of us gals need!  Deep breathing alone has been proven to increase red blood cell count!

Move mindfully! Find and strengthen your core!
Did you know that we are all gifted with a built in corset?
I will teach you how to use this God given gift to change your body and your life for the better!  


Release stress and tension!
Learn how to relax your neck, face, and shoulders!
When your body is out of alignment and you have no core strength, your will overwork your upper body, creating tension there, and pull on your lower back creating problems with your spine, which untreated causes life long pain and lumbar spine trauma.  Release harmful co-contrations, stop bracing and come into your true alignment, balance and strength!


Stabilize your joints!
The subtle movement I teach creates stable joints, and actually holds your skeleton together!  This in turns creates flow and elegance  in your movement.  Also a gorgeous, lean, dancer like body!


Create Balance!  Release tension from overworked muscles.

Most regular weight training over uses the big muscles which destabilizes your body.  We release this tightness, and strengthen the overlooked muscles to create a balanced you.

Decompress your spine!  You will learn movements to help elongate your spine and alleviate back pain.

Strengthen your entire body and find a sense of strength and freedom in your body and your life!
